I'm not a Passport member, but I now have James2.
Go to CP, click on a link for the G2 males, then click on the link to the base figures. Add James2 to your cart, a little dropdown menu appears, if you have P6, choose the appropriate option, the price will be reduced to zero (If you don't have P6, he is $19.99). Purchase and Job done! Also, on your receipt is a coupon code for getting a free clothing pack for the G2 males as well. I've got that too :)
James2 is approx 37mb, G2 poses is approx 2.5mb and the G2 Casual clothing pack is approx 15mb.
Now to play.
Prepare for meltdown :)

Thanks for letting us know!
Think there is a meltdown because I got the first two files just fine but the Clothing pack took forever to go into my cart.
I may actually try out James now.

And these final editions are so much better than the G1 or even the Passport preview editions! Wait until you try posing them :) So easy and fun! And the clothing is nice, too.

Thank you. The procedures at CP completely thwart me unless I get some help like this :)
jefsview posted Mon, 11 September 2006 at 4:38 PM
Just add James G2 into your cart from teh new releases page, and then select P6 owner. The coupon for the clothes will appear on your receipt.
Oh, and the site might experience tremors similiar to last week's P5 giveaway. I know it had vanished while I was in the forums. Haven't checked back yet to see if it's up again.

I got the James G2 update, but my receipt didn't have a coupon for the clothing pack. Instead, it said "Coupon temporarily unavailable (kickback)" -- oh well, just my luck. Maybe it'll follow up later. Or maybe CP is asking me for a kickback . ;)
On a different note, anyone have an E.T.A. on the Jessi G2 update?

I've got a problem, and hope someone here can help me out. When I try to download G2 James, the Serial Number form doesn't recognize my P6 serial number...I keep getting an "invalid or incorrect Serial Number" error message. I've double-checked my typing, and made sure I included the hyphens.
Since P6 was released, I've downloaded all the Service Releases from CP, and never had a problem like this before. Has anyone got any idea what's going on?
Mystic-Nights posted Mon, 11 September 2006 at 7:39 PM
It's doing the same thing to me, says my serial # is incorrect or invalid. I have entered my serial # at Content Paradise before with no problems. I opened a support ticket there.

Hi, Barcode. I got the "Coupon temporarily unavailable (kickback)" too but I can't get CP to recognize "kickback" as a coupon or certificate and when I check out normally it wants the full price. Any advise on how to get the free download of the casual clothes?

Got it all.
So what's up with this? I would have thought this would have come from a formal email E rather than a secret...oh well, getting it was fun~!

Hi all.
I got G2 James and G2 Koji for free upgrade.
Now, I have 2 coupons, but the coupon seems to be good only for Casual Clothing.
So, one is useless.

pteryx/Mystic-NIghts/Tomlin,
I just tried to purchase the G2 Male Figures bundle with the Poser 6 owner pricing option and could not add the product to my cart as the system does not accept my (valid) P6 Serial Number. Sent the CP Store Admins a "support ticket". Hope they resolve the issue soon!

I was able to get James G2 and Koji G2 upgrades, and face room plugins, no problem. After I checked out, I got two coupons for the same item, -- casual clothes. You can only use one. I picked up the face morphs for Koji and the nice suit. ^^ Haven't tested it out yet, but I will soon. I also was able to finally download Poser 5 today, mac and pc, but I don't have a serial number. (???) Have no idea about that one. I was surprised about the HERO bundle! There are some nice goodies in there! Why didn't anyone tell about it? I would like to try to use Judy and Don in the future. I wonder if eF would be interested in doing G2 for Judy and Don, now that everyone has them? bB

I'm having the same problem...and this is the first time I've had a problem ever....I was one of th pre-order people with the winter queen edition....I wonder if that is the problem?

I still can not figure out how to get the coupon on the Casual Clothes... is it only for full price James G2 purchase? If it comes with the free figure can somone explain to me how to do it? Thanks.

What exactly is the "Issued Serial Number"? Is this going to be needed when installed G2 James? (Still downloading).

Send an email directly to ratcloset at support@contentparadise.com He's the one to fix things, and has mentioned tickets can sometimes get... misdirected. So email John aka ratcloset directly with your order #, P6 serial number, and/or casual clothes coupon code and he'll sort it out.

Was finally able to add the G2 Male Figures bundle to my cart. However, when I checked out my cart, I noticed that although I get the "You are about to view pages over a secure connection" message, I don't see a padlock at the bottom right corner of the Internet Explorer window that indicates the session is secure (for the webpage where I am supposed to enter my payment/credit card details). The admins have not replied to my support ticket and I am rather hesitant to proceed with the transaction. Has anyone had the same experience?
