At the 1 September I had the bad idea to buy the upgrade of Poser6 on Content Paradise. Their site had problems with the offer of Poser5 free. I took patience and my 3 tests of download never allowed me to charge Poser 6. Since, I test by all the means of contacting them, without success. One never answers my mails. I opened 2 tickets , I have never write on their site... of answer. I am frustrated, because my knowledge of English is bad and I cannot any more what make. That will make 15 days that I paid 129$ for nothing. I have the serial number, but it is all. I must go on the P2P to have one To Poser which I paid? understand my frustration! :o(

have you asked CP to reset your downloads for Poser 6??
do so, and you will be able to download it. Also bear in mind that Poser 6 is a big file (I think about 400MB so you will need a fast internet connection or a lot of patience!
And also there is a lot of traffic at CP these days because of the Poser 5 offer as well as the release of the g2 males package.
Try not to stress out.
If you have the serial, you will be able to download the application. :)

Don't go the warez route... that's a no-no.
PM ratscloset here and ask him. He works with Content Paradise and was able to help a friend of mine with something when she emailed. I'm sure they have been super busy with all kinds of requests because of the Poser 5 promotion they had.

Just tell him that you bought Poser 6 but couldn't download the program because the site was flooded with downloads for the Free Poser 5. Ask to have your downloads reset again so you can try downloading it again.

I will try to contact your friend and to give him all the co-ordinates of my order. understand me, I am not insane of Warez. The proof, I prefer to come to speak about it here to have about the assistance. Thank you still Acadia.

BTW, Ratscloset, and PLEASE don't take this as gripe against YOU, you've been utmost helpful all the time, but there's something wrong when people again and again have to come HERE to tell about the ...er.. less than stellar... response time on CP.
Either, all those people are damn unlucky, doing something wrong or something else is wrong. I havne't needed the Customer Sevice other than one time where I guess I was lucky to catch you online ;o) but it seems to me like CP need to assign more people to customer support. You (ratscloset) have to sleep and stuff too, sometimes I guess :o) )
