Hi,i've ordered some items but paypal had issues so i've went to my paypal account and sent the payment directly from there with the order id number.I was wondering though if i'll get to download my purchases automatically now that payment has been sent?This has never happened to me before.

I have actually just downloaded my order.I got an email telling me that payment was recieved and a link to download.

Diana,
I just looked up your most recent order, and it's showing unpaid. If you have a transaction ID# from PayPal, please email that to store@renderosity.com so that someone can manually verify and set your downloads. I have no idea whats going on with PayPal lately.

Ugh. I ordered something, but I can't seem to find a way to download it. The link I was sent with my PayPal confirmation doesn't have a way to download it anywhere that I can see. Under download it says "Download Pending". What does that mean? Where do I go to get my item?? Heeeeeeeeelp!

Thanks! Thought it was kind of silly for me to have to wait considering R'osity just PAID me to that same PayPal account about two weeks ago.... snicker I'd think if it was being misused you would know it by now. LOL
