I have asked not to recieve an e-mail everytime something goes on sale but it seems to go unchecked, so to that end I will be removing every product from my wishlist. i hate to do this because there are things that I really want to buy when I get the money, sorry to all the merchants but if you have a product in my wishlist it now won't be purchased.

The way I understand it is that you only get one email about the product being on sale. The old system used to send them out numerous times for the same product.
Though I do wish there was a way to turn of the email. I know what's in my list, and sale or not I'll buy it when I can afford it. Sending notifications to me isn't going to make it happen any faster, unless that email comes with a cheque :)

Seems like the ones that loose business because of the spam would speak up, but I guess they don't care either.

Well I just got another buttload of e-mails from here so I have completely deleted everything out of my wishlist and will not be Buying anything further from this place, and to whom it may concern, when you stop making the customers happy the customers will go someplace else!

Speaking as a vendor here..... WE do not control the ebots on sale items. The site controls that.
As a matter of fact, it's my understanding that if a merchant were to send out mails using the site mail here to announce a sale to previous buyers, then said merchant could be in a lot of trouble.

Maybe if the merchants could get together and ask the site to stop sending this, I don't care when an item goes on sale, if its in my wishlist I intend to buy it regardless of the price. But as I stated above I will not be making any further purchases from here. I have sent several e-mails to the site and they don't even have the courtesy to reply so why should I bother with it.

Funny I have things on my wish list and have never gotten any emails about any thing other than the rosity newsletter. Interesting.

You must have things in there that never go on sale.
