Okay,

I know on erotica, Montyhack has a headless prop, but I have been unsuccessfuly in downloading it (broken link/page not found), and I just tried hiding the head on a character, and that does not look right.

SO, does anyone have any tips on how to create a prop that shows a characters neck and head AFTER it's been in a guillotine (using this for a medieval scene)?

Any ideas and help would be appreciated.
