I've a friend very intested in Serpentis' Beauty Queeen Salon Hair(Link above), but it requires Beauty Queen Hair, by Neftis.

Ive managed to find the thread Neftis introduced The Beauty Queen Hair in:

, but the Polymage site is down?

They closed the site I think. But you can find the hair at DAZ
