I got Poser5.
I want some animal to walk, run, jump etc. There is walk designer for Human and not for animals. Any idea about animal walking?

It's not a very well researched problem. There are some premade animation files at DAZ for the P4 horse, but mostly at a gallop. If you search for "Muybridge," there are some multiple frame images that you can use for reference, but the general answer to your question seems to be you'll have to do it all by hand and just keep tweaking it until it looks right. If you do find anything helpful, please let me know!! And good luck!

I was using Python script in Blender for 2 Legged Animals or Humans. On my home page
You can see this Duck is walking. http://www.patricia3d.com/mpges/duck3.mpg
In this The script from http://www.blender3d.org is such a great that in One Path you can
have multiple speeds of walk according to the TIME IPO for that particular path. I want some thing
like that whcih I can use in DAZ/Poser for 4 Legged Characters to walk.

first of all, there are freebie quadroped walk cycles in freestuff. just search for "walk." second, there is the kamilche and philc collaboration "Puppet Master: Quadruped" sold at Content paradise. if you search the daz3d forums, you can see kamilche's posts showing every animal from cat up to horse doing the same run.

cobaltdream,
I only see a "walk" cycle for an elephant and a "trot" cycle for the DAZ Mil Horse in freestuff. The Puppet master simply copies a pre-existing animation among various animals, but it does not create the animation in the first place, so that is of no use.
After extensive research, I have been unable to come up with anything additional other than a gallop for the P4 Horse. Nothing jumps, walks ambles, sneaks, hunts or stalks on four legs, unless you do it by hand, AFAIK.
If you have links to anything that does, I'd be happy to know about them.

Maybe you can slow the gallop down, so that it becomes a walk -ie split the frames apart and insert extra frames between them so that every thing becomes slow motion, and theen eleminate the extreme peaks of the gallop cycle so that it becomes more of a walk.
This is just an idea, probably not practical, but it MIGHT work.

the walk cycle of the elephant can be transferred to other animals (including the p4 horse) with with puppet master, as could the trot and the gallop. that would cover walking and running (as per your subject line), and i thought that was what you wanted, but you seem to want something much more specific. and, oddly, HaiGan and EdW's freebies seem to have vanished, and they had many horse related freebies. when i get home, i can tell you the walk cycles i have and for which animals and any readme info, but i can say now i got them all here. why they're gone, i don't know. but it probably wouldn't matter, because if you don't like the dragon or elephant walk cycles, i doubt you'll like any of the others because they're all pretty much the same: basic quadruped walks and such. if you're looking for a specific style, then, yes, you'll probably have to make them yourself. i'm not sure what's needed to be able to bring the cycle into the walk designer to adjust instead of by hand but i can suggest consulting little dragon, nerd3d, and using ockham's animation python scripts (emphasizer, et al.) for tweeking.
maybe someone else will point you in a direction you find helpful. good luck!
