Nice beach flora there! ;') BJ, yes, be sure the file is under 200KB and a JPG. If that doesn't work, try photobucket. They host the file and give you a snippet of code that you just copy and paste into the text box and it will show your image. Some of the local fuana - family swim time. View large for better detail.

BJ, instead of A HREF= it should read IMG SRC= Give that a try next time. And I would avoid posting other photographer's work here, even if it has their copyright signature on it.

On our trip to Cleveland, OH, USA A few weeks ago, while going in to a Cracker Barrel for lunch somewhere near Lexington, KY, I saw these guys in the large earth movers working away. The filled the hoppers, as this one is doing. They needed a cat to push to keep it going or the large scrapers tires would spin.  The front of the scraper bobs a little, making it fuzzy from the motion.

Once full of soil, they made another run, letting it out neatly.  All it was about was making a level place where it was not level before.

Boy, I was impressed with how it is done but not by the vast amounts of land cleared of everything natural but dirt...seen several places along the trip.  I hope we can leave some for the critters and us and nature.

An old bridge in state of destruction...the twisted rebar and concrete looked like a giant insect emerging on the lower right.  That is what I saw.  : )

For some reason I love images of that sort Tom. To follow the 'long shadows' idea, here is one a took a while back. I just love the light in it.

I'll say ouch! :scared: Here is a close up of a tiny fern plant with the tiniest little frond bits I have ever seen. At normal size, they are just a hair thicker than the "leaves" on a dill plant.
