Is it set up with the Poser Runtime folder structure (a Runtime containing perhaps a Geoemtries folder, with a sub-folder for an OBJ file, perhaps a Textures folder with a fodler containing images and a libraries fodler with a character or props sub-folder holding the file for the item? In which case it should just need installing in the usual way for Poser content - the Runtime goes in a Poser content directory, with the sub-folders nestling in among the stuff you already have. Or is it just an OBJ file with textures? In whichc ase you need to use File>Import. If it's some other format (such as .3ds) it will need converting to OBJ before D|S can import it.

Ok Bare with me I am a little new at this, how do I find the poser content directory in Daz? and to move them do I just click and drag? I ask this because I do now know how to install poser content on to Daz all the other poser stuff just put itself in the correct place when it comes to computer files I am a bit of an idiot. I do now the the format OBJ
So if you have an idiots guide to installing poser content I would love a copy

I would go up to preferences and have daz search your computer for poser directories...then choose what you want to use.
Ever stop to think,
and forget to start again?

Have a look at this thread: http://market.renderosity.com/mod/forumpro/showthread.php?thread_id=2668542
OBJ is just a file format for models - I was really asking how the stuff you want to install comes, as a fiolder with some textures and one or two files that probably don't already have an application associated with them, or as a set of nested folders starting with a Runtime folder.
