I cannot read the fonts at Adobe.com, their PHP set up is very bad, white letters on gray background with text so small it makes the fine print on my mortgage look large. So, please refrain from telling me to contact Adobe, I can't find the email contacts.
I'm studying out of the "Classroom In A Book" for Photoshop CS2. Chapter Eight wants me to load a RAW Image file from Bridge. The image itself won't show in Bridge, but I do see an icon for the image. When I click on the icon to go to Photoshop, Photoshop says it cannot open this "Unknown File Type."
Closing Bridge and opening it from Photoshop, Bridge tells me there is some module missing as soon as it opens.
I've downloaded and installed the most recent updates for every Adobe hut I own, no go!
Okay, uninstall Everything Adobe, scrub the registry, and all open drive space of any hint of Adobe History, and reinstall all those Adobe Huts again. Then run another update...
...still no go! Raw images cannot be opened in either Bridge, Elements, or Photoshop either.
Whats up with this?
If no one else has a clue, could you maybe contact Adobe and point them to this thread? I'm sorry but I can hardly see their screen. PHP and Microsoft, the worst of both known universes.
