You mean the old millennium girls? They use V2 textures so ust grab them from one of those. There's probably still some here in Free Stuff :)

Painted? Transmaps (texture maps to apply transparent areas to a material), are in the DAZ milenium girl texture package. Many third-party mil girl texture packs do not include the transmaps -- many of them assume you own the V2 texture maps and will look there for the eyelash transparencies. Transmaps are a good solution. I really haven't heard of anyone trying to make an eyelash model with individual hairs. Eyelashes are simply too fine, and you don't usually get quite so close as to be able to see if the hairs are round or not!

Actually, FishNose & OpticalSingenoid made "Real lashes" for Steph, Vicky1-2 & V3. They are conforming figure. Just look into FS & search for FishNose... It wouldn't be to hard to adapt them to MilliGirls... Markus
