I have a strange problem with a figure I am making, when scaling the right hand of the figure, making the scale number higher makes the hand smaller and scaling down makes the hand bigger, the left hand works ok.  I tried copying the joints settings from the left arm to the right but it is still the same.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
