No, the best thing to do is just sit tight. You knew the situation when you preordered.

Odds are, by the time they can get to the cancellation, they will have already processed your payment, and you'll be waiting 2-4 weeks for a refund anyway.

Send it by Pm.............or email. :)   Wasn't to hard to figure that one out.
  Not sure if its legal but i'd be stomping mad as a lot of others if I din't get the software I had payed for. :)

@Abraham: Same endless link here yesterday, I believe it's due to server overload, try later. @EA and ArdathkSheyna: Thanks for your reply, it's the definitive answer that my ExtrasCD is wrong, just made another download attempt but I always get the small file, the supplied link I've is defective... At this point I will be extremely grateful to anyone whe send me a PM with the working link. Oh, just to know, what's inside the ExtraCD contents ? Fine samples scene like the one supplied with Vue5 ?

I would also highly appreciate anyone that can PM me a link for the ExtrasCD. I already have the program and serial number provided during my upgrade purchase just missing the ExtrasCD.

Too bad e-on won't respond to anyone and provide links to the software I've paid for.

I just tried my extra cd link again, and it's now broken. The installer download though is screamingly fast, both parts in less then 60 seconds!
