Hello

I have a problem with V6I installation - My serial number includes "O" letter and I cannot introduce it during installation process (it is a letter not "0" digit). It seems that input boxes in the serial number do not accept vowels as I have no problem with other letters . Despite a description I also cannot simply copy and paste the serial number. Currently the technical support in e-onsoftware is completely unavailable. There are persistent errors in their mySQL database.

If somebody has any idea how to overcome the problem please let me know.
