Is Bryce an acceptable modeling program for use with Poser?

More specifically, I would like to create a necklace and a shell bra for a character. I have Hexagon and Bryce. I do alright and Bryce and well...not so alright in Hexagon.

Would it be possible to import a Poser figure into Bryce and create the necklace and shells or is another program more suited?
