Group the booleans and in the gadget array next to the object, click the small "C" box. If you don't have a C then there is a non-boolean setting for one of the objects. The mesh resolution (number of polys) of the objects is determined by the Selected Wire Frame Resolution parameter. So if you have a high resolution ( 64 or 128) this conversion can take a very long time and give the impression that Bryce has hung. Once the conversion is completed and selected, the File-Export object menu item will become active and in the Save File Selector use the bottom popup to select which export type you want to use (.obj, .3ds, etc.). Again, depending on complexity) this process can take quite some time. For every object that has an image or procedural texture, Bryce exports a 256x256 image texture, so it's a good idea to create a folder just for the export. i.e: 20 converted objects, each having something in the Diffuse, Ambient, Bump and Transparency channel wil produce 80 image files.
