Subject: Problem and correction

3rd try. Having dismissed my DSL provider because of problematic corrupted files from d/load, I find my of my dloads from here while I was using DSL is also as crappy as all others. I seek to have permission to be able to re-d/load my purchases so I can clean out all my corrupted files , Thank you..God Bless and have a good day. Karen
