I don't have a blogg so I can't answer that. sorry :(

LOL....most bloggs are like diaries which you keep up to date. That's why I can't be a part of that sh.t. Some are like neverending debates why would you want that? Some may be low keyed and you'ed want to know. They often offer an email reply to your message if you so designate in your personal configuration for that site.

Well you can submit your blog to those sites that list when you update your blog.

If you post a link to your blog maybe we can help you more.  Some blog sites have different options.

The most simple answer to your 2nd question would be for you to go to your blog and see if any comments were added to your posts.
