Hiya Fellow Posermaniacs,

Am looking for baseball gloves, bats, catcher's gear, etc. I see some products here at the Market for uniforms and poses which I will get...but is there anything else I might be missing. Need for a new comic book coming up.

Help please.

thx
JG

The baseball products in the Renderosity Marketplace are add-ons for the CoreArts M3 baseball uniform.  You can buy that at PoserPros or Renderotica.

CoreArts also has some freebie textures for the uniforms in Rosity Free Stuff.  (Yankees, Red Sox, Angels, etc.)

The CoreArts uniform is well-made and worth the money.  It's a very complete product.  Included are left and right smart propped balls, gloves and bats, and catcher's gear, fielder's and catcher's hats, and left and right batting helmets.  The uniforms have MAT files that allow you make the jerseys long or short sleeved, the pants high or long, the undershirt collar low, high, or not there at all.  There are multiple textures for the uniforms, bats, and gloves.

I've used Wardrobe Wizard to fit the uniform to Hiro, David, Furrette, and Koji.  It worked very well, except the shoes.  (Shoes are always kind of iffy with WW.)

There's not much else out there in the way of baseball stuff.  Sports is just not that popular for Poser users.  DAZ has a set of sports balls that includes a baseball.  EdW used to have a nice set of free baseball gear for M2, but it is no longer available.  Royloo has softball uniforms for several figures at PoserPros.

And there's this place, which has inexpensive BVH baseball motions:

Thanks for the little plug randy

I still have the gear if you are interested. It's for M2. I was working on redoing it for M3, but got sidetracked with other projects and never finished it. The M3 version is much better since I kinda know what I'm doing now:)

Here's a pic of the M2 gear if you are interested.

Yes, I certainly would like to see an M3 Set.
I already have the Uniforms - lol with the Red Sox Texture applied.

PoserWorld has an old-fashioned baseball uniform.  The baggy kind that Babe Ruth might have worn.

I love the CoreArts baseball uniform, but I wish it had some "baggy" morphs.  Baseball players these days often wear their uniforms loose and oversized.

Maybe I'll have to dig them out and see how much more I need to do to finish them. Since I'm on the other side of country....you can probably tell I'm not a Red Sox fan. I have to admit that I really enjoyed seeing them slowly meltdown and sink back this year:)

BTW when I redid the pants on the M3 version I made them so you could make the pants longer and hide the stirups like most of the guys wear nowdays.... and they are much looser fitting.

Sounds great.  I'd be interested.
