Greetings,
I have looked all over the place and can't find where it tells us how to close/delete an old account.
Some help would be most appreciated if anyone else knows how to do it.

So, how many of the accounts are actually active and how many are ones left over that can't be deleted?

Due to various reasons (forum posts, comments, purchase history, etc) we do not delete accounts.

I can umderstand that - but doesn't that mean that ou actually don't know how many "active" members you have. I notice that in the "state of the Site" feature you say that membership has grown by 17%
I suppose I am asking if that is actually correct or is the baseline just the number of accounts you have?

We do know how many active members we have, the accounts that are "inactive" (not logged in the past 12 months) don't show up on our reports.

So what are we supposed too do with the old ones? Just stop using them and let them sit? I'm just wondering as I intend (unless specifically asked otherwise) too use this one from now on.
