I've been working on a long glam hair for Victoria (see attached link)and after banging my head on a brick wall trying to stop the ends of it slicing through her body as she turns I've decided to try and make it as a conforming figure. That's where my troubles started! I gave up on it a week ago after getting al sorts of wierd results like the hair bending over double when it is conformed and fliping upsidedown! Does anyone know what is the best way to go about this? It really is a pretty style (well I'm biased LOL) and it seems a shame to have to scrap it.

heyas; you have to cut the hair (er, maybe i should say 'slice the hair') to fit the body parts. ie: head, upneck, neck, chest, hips. (hopefully we can skip the collars). then take this hair obj that has body parts and plug it into any conforming clothing that you already have for victoria. or, if you don't have any, you can turn of her leg iks, zero her pose, save that as a cr2, and use that as a base for conformers. if you try to make a regular figure into a conformer... you're doing it the hard way. :) another, simpler alternative might be to have the base named 'head' and then divide it into sections (hair1, hair2, hair3, etc) that can be individually posed, but not conformed.

Thanks for the pointers Bloodsong :) I'll be trying that tonight, I was trying to use the long conforming curls as cr2 template, and have realised after reading this that that would only work for possette!
