You might want to go back up earlier in this thread/post and read what TallPockets found worked for him? Worth a try? Nothing to lose?

As for the Netscape browser issue:

When I click onto the forum page it loads up at first, normally. Next, however, it 'pauses' in mid load cycle or freezes for a number of seconds, then it 'moves' again and finishes loading the full/entire page.

On some instances, however, this 'lock up freeze/pause' is PERMANENT. I have to shut down/restart my p.c. from scratch. Even using the 'escape' key or the 'control alt delete' keys don't help in those instances. ONLY restarts/shutdowns work to get me 'unlocked'.

Awhile back, I posted this same re-occurring problem (again, agree with Lenord's comments above). WILLIAMSN told me to UPGRADE my Netscape browser from the 7.2 version I was then using to 8.0 version. I did as instructed. I have since upgraded to Netscape 8.1 and now to Netscape 8.1.1 version browser. I believe this is the MOST current such browser for Netscape?

My simple question is, again, is Netscape browser incompatible or problematic with your, new and improved conversion of this most wonderful site?

Or, if it is compatible, should I, or anyone using this browser, expect such 'hiccups'? ....

I also noted above, I can no longer use the BACK arrow key like I always had been since upgrading to the 8.0 Netscape browser series. Now, all of a sudden, like Lenord said above, it's NOT working again??

As I said, above, I have to click onto the ''top of forum'' words in order to bring me back up to the front page, full forum.

I also used to hit 'reply' and then be able to type in 'text'. Now, it no longer allows that. I see no 'blinking' "I" bar symbol as before. I experimented around and found I had to now hit the 'source' box, twice,  in order to type text.

Finally, I went to my 'homepage'. My normal welcome pic was not viewable nor was my featured image pic. So, I re-uploaded them both and they now appear.

WILLIAMSN: Hello. Since you or no one else can seem to find an answer to this continuing problem, I have tried using the newer, Internet Explorer 7.0 version browser in lieu of the Netscape 8.1.2 most current Nestcape browser that was causing me all the above difficulties.

The I.E. 7.0 browser appears at this time to not exhibit any of the above issues as did the most current Netscape 8.1.2. browser.

For some reason, this 'forum' is not in 'sync' with Netscape and it's various browser versions???

Is that your findings also??

I have hotmail and since I have joined here I have never had any problems with recieving ebots. I have not received a single ebot in 4 days. I have several saved favorites. Dancewithroos, barbiedahl, broken_lace, RGUS drag and duckinthefog to name a few. Thank you! Karen

Make sure you have ebot@renderosity.com as a contact on your hotmail account.
