...I have a question.  As you can see in my attachment, one can send an e-mail to a member's private e-mail address.  How do I turn that option off?  The only e-mail I want from Renderosity are e-bots, not mail from members.  That's what site mail is for.  Having both is extreme overkill.

Thanks!

Hey Terra,

There is no option to turn this off. We have always had both email and Instant Message (site mail).

I can add this to my list to see about the possibility of making this an "option"

Thanks, Stacey.  It doesn't happen very often, I was just wondering if there was a way to select it to off.  If it gets out of hand, I can always set up some yahoo account and forget about it, but then I'd miss all my beloved e-bots :)

Thanks for replying!

Steve

Just as an aside...even if someone does email you from the site, they won't get your email address associated with your account here unless you email them back.
