Subject: Where can I find Compose?

I just moved and need this little utility, its great for stripping morphs from objects and figures, does it quickly.

nevermind I found it, doing searches here in the forum can work wonders :)

Well I did download it from that link http://www.tir.com/~johnwind/Compose11.zip
but the file is no good, can anyone send me a copy if you have it?

It still works for me: maybe try again? I'm not certain about the legality of redistributing Compose, since there's nothing specific about it in the readme, and John disappeared some time ago.

You do know that you need java installed to use it?

I'd never heard about this one before so I downloaded it. And yes, the zip is ok.

But.. What does it do?

It... Converts between OBJ and COB (trueSpace format) Scales, translates and rotates meshes Splits meshes by material or group Merges meshes, including reassembling those it has split Morphs meshes (reading morph info from CR2 etc. files) ...other stuff I can't recall off the top of me head. :) Edit: I use it all the time.
