I purchased Dimension3D's "Poser File Editor" back around the beginning of the year.   The version I purchased was 1.11, but it looks like he updated that back in march to v2.0.  I could not find my download link for this purchase so I can get the updated file.  Could someone please look into this and let me know the link to get the update?

Hey Keith,

If you go to your account, and select "Item List", it will list all the products you've purchased.  You can then search by product name, or sort your purchases by vendor name.

Let me know if that doesn't do the trick :)

There is no record of you purchasing this product from the MarketPlace.

The product is a Renderosity Exclusive, so you couldn't have purchased it elsewhere.  I'm not sure what to do here as I've never encountered this problem before.

Keith, upon further looking, there are no purchases made by you under this username in the beginning of this year.  Is there a chance that you purchased it under a different username?

Hmmm.  I guess that explains why I can't find it, but I can't think of how else I would have it (I don't warez).  It looks like I downloaded the demo on 12/10/2005 and then purchased it (Renderosity License in archive) on 12/20/2005. Very strange.  Maybe he was selling it on his site before making it exclusive here? Hmmm.

I'm not sure Keith, but it is exclusive here now.  You might want to contact him directly and find out.  He may have a record of you purchasing it directly through him if it was non-exclusive back then.

Ahh!  I was trying to think back to when I got it and it just occured to me what happened I was doing some heavy .cr2 editing for a client and I had them buy it for me - d'oh!.  Once again, sorry for the trouble.
