Dear Vue Forum's Moderator: I have posted an image that shipped with my version of Vue 4 professional. It appears that the file was originally created by "pmermino". So, "pmermino" is claiming it now. However, the file that shipped with my version of Vue has different textures than the image file created by "pmermino". I have also given the credit to "pmermino" as its creator, and I have claimed the post-work done by me and the texturing done by the e-onsoftware company. My question is, considering the Laws of New York City, in the USA, and considering the fact that I have given "pmermino" his or her credit, is it still possible that the models that shipped with my version of Vue 4 Professional are not to be posted for any public exhibition? And does the Copy-Right "" law being disputed correspond to the tree objects and the terrain objects and etc. that shipped with my Vue 4 Professional ? I paid lots of money for models form Daz, Renderosity, Maxon, E-onsoftware, E-frontier and so on goes the list. So, have I done any-thing wrong by posting the mentioned image originally created by "pmermino", which my image version can be found at (http://www.renderosity.com/mod/gallery/index.php?image_id=1341670&page=2#comments) under the terms already stated in this thread?
