RuntimeDNA seems to have one as freebie. I remember downloading it long time ago (last year?), but not sure if it's still there, though.

I'm not certain whether they're still called zygote, or whether they wanna be referred to as "3dscience" from now on. not free, of course. a dna molecule is too complex to ask somebody to model it for free IMVHO.
