Has anyone used more than one Gift Certificate for a single order?

Anyone around for 2 Coupons and a Gift Certificate?

I just used a $129.99 Gift Certificate to purchased the Poser 6 Upgrade that comes with the Upgrade to Poser 7.  I'd been told by CP that the P7 Upgrade was only available for Electronic Download, but in ordering I noticed an option for Physical Shipment.  ;  )  I was then taken when the Shipment was only $10.40!  My guess is that the Coupon that came on my P6 Invoice, is only good for the $129.99 that P7 costs, and that I'm on my own for the shipping cost.  I happen to already have a second Gift Certificate for $10, but, I know, that's not $10.40.

Where does the $10 Coupon that's supposed to come with this deal, along with membership to the Passport Club?

If the $10 Coupon is'nt available until I've Checked out with P7, or it's just not valid for this kind of thing, I guess I'll need a third Gift Certificate after all...it just better work, or my Mom is going to have a stroke trying to keep these straight!
