Is it just me or are the V4 textures and character packs more expensive than the V3 ones!

Just wondering why that would be as making one for V4 would be much the same as for V3 wouldn't it??  If I'm wrong please feel free to correct me!!

Not having a pop at anyone, just curious as to the jump in price!!
 It's an obvious consideration if I go for V4 or not!
