This was a reply in another threat, but after all the gloom I've been reading about P7, I thought a thread would be nice for  those who aren't having many issues with P7.

I'll start. I installed P7 a few days ago and except for the delete key issue (made MUCH better by reducing the undo que), I haven't really had any problems with it that makes me want go back to P6. Even posted a few P7 pictures in the gallery.

P7 renders much faster than P6 ever did and I'm able to crank up Firefly's setting way further then I could with P6. However, I can still 'hang' poser by pushing it too far...but I've gotten used to where that point is (and it's seems to be about the same with P7) and stay away from it. If it's a really complex render, I'll chunk it and combine it all in postwork.

All-in-all, I'm pleased with it, however I do have a pet peeve here. In all reality P7 is really Poser 6.5...maybe. There's no significantly new feature(s) in P7 to warrant a major revision upgrade. Some nice tweaks and enhancements and additions yes, but no new significant features. P4 to P5 was correctly revisioned. P7 was not.

Anyway, happy rendering!

Oh, and a wiener dog!
