I have a problem. I wanted to buy a gift-certificate, and I used my credit card as I always do. But when I should check out I got the message that it was declined. Then I tried to do it via paypal after checking my account and I have more than enough money there, but I got the same message, even though I just used paypal an hour ago. So..how do I do this..the gift certificate is now standing in my account, but unpaid, and probably the reciever has got the message. Can you take the money from my instore credit instead, so that he will recieve it? Never had this problem before, and typical that it has to happen when the banks are closed for 3 days.
