Hi all, I'm looking for some sci-fi textures for James, possibly something like a skin-tight space suit but I couldn't find anything in the freestuff area or in the marketplace. I found this for Jessi, so I would really do with something similar. Anyone got any pointers? If this item doesn't not exist, what is a simple alternative? I need to create 3 or 4 different characters for an sci-fi comic and I don't want to use something that needs too much memory. Thanks for all your help and, btw, have a happy 2007. Ragnar

Hail Ragnar!!
You'll be hard pressed to get anything for the native poser figures, I started a thread on the same thing a couple of days back about the poor support for Sydney clothing wise!
I wish you luck in finding stuff, there's little out there but I'll keep watching just in case you get something [LOL].

Injustice will be avenged.

Thanks, Thefixer!
I'm trying to paint over the default body texture but I don't have a template.
Tried to make one with uvmapper but it comes out weird, like all the lines are on top of each other.. will keep trying in Photoshop ;)

ragnar,

You can duplicate the default James texture in Photoshop, then create and paint on a new layer over the duplicate.    This way you use the duplicate texture map as a template to paint on.

Hi 3DVim,
I have tried that but ended up with a mess due to the lack of a template to follow.
Painting over the skin is not as precise as I would like to.
I'd like to join Thefixer rant about the lack of item for the default poser people...
Anyway, thank all for the tips, I'll see what I can do (probably going to get the Ultra Catsuit from Daz...)

Content Paradise has templates for the original James, erm....somewhere. I had trouble searching thier site and ended up doing a search in the forums there. Found it, downloaded it and haven't done anything with it yet.

Personally I'd sell my grandmother for a James G1 remap, preferably using the Daz Mil 3 mapping.
