Recently I've been getting notices that one of my "favorite" vendors has something on sale or new in the marketplace.  The problem is, I've never heard of this person and never added them to any sort of list whatsoever.  In fact, I can't even FIND my "favorite" list.  How do I get these annoying and unwanted notices to stop?
