I sent the following email on 29/12/06 as still have not received any response - has anyone had the same thing happen to them? - please see the email below.
Can you please advise what has happened to my account! I have just logged on to look at my wish list and I need to re-download some of my previous purchases as some of the files are corrupt. However my account doesn’t show my purchase history – looks like it has been deleted as has my wish list. If this is the case I must say I am not very impressed – I may not have purchase anything for awhile, but if that’s why my they’ve been deleted I must say I am very disappointed as I have brought a fair amount from renderosity in the past and if my details are on restored I will not look to use/purchase from you in the future.
