Learning how to model is slow work ... and learning how to map is slower work, however, I have finished the mouse bodysuit which will take care of several of the texturing problems I was dealing with in making a suitable mouse wardrobe.

So, for those of you waiting patiently, take heart, we are closer than ever to having a good modular type mix and match set of clothing for the mouse.

Great .... now if I can just figure out how to get the sleeves to fit into the bodice properly (without killing myself).

I "think" I've got the problem figured out.  It's a modeling problem.  I'm trying to get the sleeves for another mousie bodysuit to fit to the bodice.  The problem is that the mouse ... in either zero position or in any other position for that matter, has its arms standing at an odd angle from its body.

That makes it a little harder to model sleeves simply because you are never working in just two planes at one time.  I had modeled some sleeves separately from the bodice, and just could not get the two to fit together properly.

However, I pulled them apart and started from scratch, and I should be able to finish up the sleeves tomorrow.  As soon as I have a body suit with sleeves, I will hobble back over to the Setup Room and go through Dr. Geep's tutorial on creating conforming clothing (that should be Friday night).

Meanwhile, back at the farm, I'm working on a multimillion dollar corporate merger, so I'm going to have a lot of non-mousie related work to do over the next few weeks, which means I need to get as much of the mousie stuff done asap.

Eeeeeek

Ricky, the secret is surface blend if I think I know what your problem is. BTW, happy New Year kiddo, you're doing a great job!
