Can anyone help me find a link where I can either purchase the "Lully Hair" or download a tutorial on how to make it?  I am not sure whether it's conforming, prop or simply painted hair.  I found it in the credits for the Sade character for V3 which is for sale here at Renderosity.

If you are talking about the hair on the main image - it is definitely painted. I believe the last image is also.
