I came across this program while looking for something else on the net. It looks interesting in the modelling aspect, but alas my dear friends i'm no modeller.By the way its free, got loads of plugins, models and textures on the site also.
I have opinions of my own -- strong
opinions -- but I don't always agree with them.

Well, isn't this interesting. I came today with a specific question about this specific program (in connection with Bryce). How about that?! I noticed the free version of 3D canvas only exports in POVRay. So, does anyone know of a way to convert POVRay files into a format that Bryce will import?
And besides that, do you have any recommendations for other modeling software, of an introductory level, that will work with Bryce? I am a total novice with modeling.

That Silo program seems to be rather good. I just took a look at their web site and was impressed.

@Zescanner- Try PoseRay, it will convert POVRay and several other formats including .dxf (for you Wings users) into .obj files, and vice-versa. Best part is it's free. I'm not here. you didn't see me.TheBryster posted Fri, 09 February 2007 at 2:10 PM
