contentparadise gives an option to send internal mail for questions and asks for an email but on my side it is not possible to put an email in the place. it has been like this for several days. anybody got a suggestion

have you tried their forums ? maybe you can send an instant message from there ?

For solving problems, their forums are a more efficient place to post, compared to their Help Tickets facility.
