I turned this up at a couple of sites:

Quote - A new life awaits you in the Off-World Colonies. The chance to begin again in a golden land of opportunity and adventure. Lets go to the Colonies!

This was the advertising that appeared on the overhead blimps advertising the replicants.

Here's the entire dialog script for the movie, for those interested enough.  No blimp-ad script though, unfortunately.

not to mention the part about the c-beams burning off antares or somewhere. the tannhauser gate. it's like wagner all over again. one could do the blimp-script with ordinary scrolling dot-matrix lettters AFAIK.

C-beams off the shoulder of Orion.  I guess Roy took `em off, much to Orion's  relief --  those are heavy suckers, even for a giant.

oh yes.. my favourite part:

"I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the darkness at Tannhäuser Gate. All those moments will be lost in time like tears in rain. Time to die."
