Making textures for him should be fairly easy, I made a seperate head template to make it easier.
Pose files can work with him, I found the rdna cranksville gruffles poses work quite well but poses that affect the lower part of the body don`t work so well.
If the lower half of the body is badly distorted with posing, select each body part and click ctrl e to put it back to the way it was.
