I heard P7 has changed the default for texture filtering - it is now set on a per-texture basis and defaults to on. Could be wrong, but if that is true it would blur your texture.
Renderosity forum reply notifications are wonky. If I read a follow-up in a thread, but I don't myself reply, then notifications no longer happen AT ALL on that thread. So if I seem to be ignoring a question, that's why. (Updated September 23, 2019)
check your "Min. shade rate" in your render settings first.
i think this defaults high in render settings and most objects have it set at 02
set it at 0.2 or lower to see if that helps before trying to turn off texture filtering.
Texture filtering in p7 is in the individual textures but it also works diffrent from what i understand, so the problems experienced in P6 with texture filtering won't appear in p7.
