Can anyone please tell me what is the deal with this. It happens ever time, i reboot and still the same installation issue. Any help will be welcome.

Seems to me your download was corrupted. Did you contact tech support?

contact tech support? No, because i would never get through. I heard plenty of nightmares from users here of not getting through so i thought that someone here might know what exactly is wrong or experienced the same problem.

I gather a install file for vue might be missing but i am not certain.

I think something is missing in the install files, so you definitely need to contact tech support, so that they can set up a new download link for you.
They usually get back to you in, 48hrs max. Now they sure must be  busy right now with the official release deadline approaching ( wishful thinking, maybe!), but a nightmare? I don't think so, or I've always been very lucky.

Derrin1, if you don't try to contact technical support you will never find out yourself wether it is good or not. AND, even more important, nobody else will be able to help you anyway I would think.

Best is probably to contact technical support via the prepared contact form on e-ons site. If you want to find it easy, go to E-ons registered user forum, there under every thread you read you will find a button for technical suport.

IIRC what you need is the latest version of the Windows Installer (3.1) and to update the .NET Framework V2 via Windows update.

(The last version of D|S caused similar issues for some people, so if you have access to the DAZ forums you could look up some of the threads there)

Not everyone has had problems with tech support.  For everyone who has there are, I suspect, many more of us who have had very good support.  So as everyone else has said you really need to contact them.  It only takes a little time to fill in the form.  Don't be afraid they don't bite ;-)
