I apologise because I think I just saw this istring n a and it din't sink in - but what is the instruction/command in P7 to make a figure/character/prop conform to the main character - if not "figure/conform to?

you can only conform a figure (like clothing) to the character it was created. If you want to use two characters in unison you need to parent one to the other (generally at the hand or hips). If it's a prop, again you parent, not conform.

I'm talking about a figure prop to a figure. Is there another way to do this than "conform to" in P7?

I don't think props can conform to a figure, only figures? Props don't have joints as I understand it (aren't boned).

Place the prop where you want in relation to your figure and then use the properties tab to set the parent.
This is just plain V4 with the Hi-Res ball prop parented to her right hand.

If you mean the clothing, etc, that are in the props folder of P7 for the G2 characters. The "Conform to" command is the only way I know of conforming them. If there is a keyboard shortcut, it's not listed on the reference card that comes with the boxed P7.
