May I please have order #111162862, download reset please.

Not meaning to sound to grumpy, but all the site changes, and the store still manages not to have a resumable file download protocol?  sigh

Hi,

Your download has been reset.  Please disable any download managers/accelerators if you're running those because they don't work with the site.

Let me know if you have any problems.
