It will be hard to beat white spiders and a fly and "gnats"...then there is the "Body Farm" about 35 miles from here..humm. No, that will not do, can't get in.

LOL Tom. Heck any ol' insects will do, it's just all I could come up with, I'm terrible at ideas.

I think it's a great idea we just need more participants???? Doesn't anyone have any insects to share????? I'm sure you do!! Let's see some ok???? That fly with the red eye is very cool!! and look at all the irradesent wings?? WOW, and you got them all to hold still??

I don't know what kinda beetle that is but he looks like he could do some damage to something.

These were hiding between the gills of mushrooms. They are insects and VERY small, i dont know what they are though.. All i know is that there where A LOT of them and under virtually every mushroom.

I think it is fly that looks like a bee, but yes, it and the other ARE awsome... congrats on your new ext. rings!

Yep, Kort is right its a hoverfly (Syrphidae). Awesome shot though a love the thread !! :)
