Subject: Marketplace Ad breaking "No Nudity" thumbnail policy?

While browsing today, I was presented with this ad:

(URL: http://www.renderosity.com/mod/adman/photos/Ad5296.jpg)

It's small, but if you'll notice, the man in the left is completely nude.  This is not allowed in thumbnails (and I quote "No nudity. This implies no clothes, clothes that are transparent or blurring of nude images."), so shouldn't it be disallowed in advertisements as well?  This wouldn't fly in the gallery, male or female.

This was probably just missed when approving the banner ads. I'll alert the Marketplace staff.

Thanks

Yes I agree Giolon, I'm sure it was just a missed banner ad, it happens from time to time with us humans, lol:)  They will get it taken care of
