I can't get this free util.

can anyone tell me why I would need MM4. no I'm not being an @ss just what to know how it will help me out?

Morph Manager used to be available at Netherworks site but as it's offline at the moment I'm not too sure where you'll find it. One of the experts should be along shortly to explain what it does far better than I can ever hope to :D

Apart from needing it for Netherworks V4 Hair Conversion Kit, I'm planning on using it in conjunction with Phil C's wardrobe wizard to get the clothing morphs into converted items.

MM only transfers morphs that have the same verts and cut from one object to the other. You can not transfer V4 morph to clothes because they are different mesh. You don't need MM if you have WW. WW can retain the clothing morphs of the adjusted clothing.
