Oh, and PS ... the animals said .... "meow meow" and "woof bark woof". Which, loosely translated means:
"Oh, how very nice of you to enquire after us, and we hope you have a lovely day."

That's nice work Ricky, very cute. :)

Well, hey .... I may be an opinionated SOB, but the requests of people for simple models is really helping me out because it forces me to learn how to model. And, anytime I can do a favor for someone and get the benefit of learning something in the process .... that, to me, is a win-win situation.

Well, that was pretty quick work judging from the time the request was posted and you posted the model image...might have to get some modeling tips from ya ;)

Any time.
I am what is known in the educational systems of the US as a "quick study." I'm equally right and left brained, so I've done well in medical graduate work, law school, flight and ground school ... used to be a California State Math Scholar, can sew, cook, build a computer, do network punchdowns ... whatever. If it can be properly explained to me, then (physical limitations considered), I can do it.
Makes me a real know it all much of the time. But, my friends appreciate me anyway.

Yup .... that's pretty much what everyone in my neighborhood does. They may call me "the crazy cat lady," but I'm the first person they call when they:
1. need a kick ass cheesecake;
Snork.

CMT?? Here that's Country Music Television.
EMT I've heard of .... and MT I've heard of (and in fact I am a licensed MT among other things), but I've never heard of CMT ....

ooh ty so much will im you now....I'm behind as usual.....
LOL at the animals..... I'm called the crazy cat lady too...I have 3 but only cause I was forced to stop at 3....all the cats in the neighbourhood come to me to feet them...One I thought was a stray. I fed him for over a year and even brought him inside on cold nights. He had his own basket and litter tray. I found out that he lived less than 20ft away in the house opposite. His owner is a friend but she has so many cats I didn't realise. He still comes to be fed too. Fed him just before lol.....

Originalkitten ....
A glitch. But maybe not a fatal one. When I got up this morning, my main PC with the model on it was quite dead. I think it's the power supply.
However, do not despair .... I will check my back up server which should have made a back up off all three models before I shut down last night, and I can pull them into this computer and still send them out.
It just may take me a half an hour or so.

rickymaveety posted Thu, 15 February 2007 at 9:59 AM
Then, of course my back up server decided to act up. However, a few minutes on the phone with Seagate and that was fixed, so I popped it into the email a few minutes ago. Just send me a note back or something so that I know you got it. OK?
(What a day .... so now I need to drive a half an hour into town, get a new power supply, hope that this is what the problem is .... although I am reasonably certain it is ... drive back and stick it in. Grump, piss, moan ... grump.)

pakled .... gotta tell you ... every time I go to a computer hardware show, and I'm pawing over the goodies and mentioning the fact that I'd MUCH rather have a great new program or a new hard drive than yet another piece of jewelry (which I will NEVER wear), I must have 10 kids (kids to me ... maybe 30 or so in age), telling me that they would trade their wives for me in a heartbeat ... notwithstanding the fact that I am old enough to be their mama.
But, you know something?? They should count their blessings that they have a woman who will take care of them while they have their faces glued to the monitor. If I was hooked up on a daily basis with another tech geek, we'd probably both starve to death, much less talk.
If not for the cats whapping me upside the head every few hours (to tell me they are hungry), I would continue to sit here at the computer, working, playing, doing research, rendering. I would never come up for air. (Before cats, I once sat at my terminal for 36 hours straight working on a programming problem. When I finally got up, my muscles went into spasms from not moving for so many hours. I was rather dehydrated, which didn't help things any ... it was a mess.)
I can be a little too focused for my own good.
