Those highlights on her face are ON the map , yes ?
I see em in all the Previews so i think they are ON the Texture itself..
I hope its not ..do you know how much work it is to remove the highlights...

i took a good look at the set but even on image 2 i see "white" line highlites one the eyelid...
Let me be clear im not dissing this product but its hell to take away highlite line's from textures..
Thats why i want to know for shure its not on the main map

Human skin do have highlights, i would say skin without any would look rather dull. You do not have to be experienced photoshop user to know how to use brightness/contrast and selections, or even use feathered selection. If you do not have basic skills what is usually required when doing character textures this set might not be the one for you.

Your are right ... but the highlites should come from the light in the scene..
Lets imagine a scene with a candle light just left from under her face ...
Then the highlites on her eyelit cant be there...
And as this is ment to be for merchants .. a pre high lite can be a unwanted thing..
So i sugest that a High lightmap as a extra psd layer whould be Great but should not be a part of the Main map.
I like this package but the Pre highlite's i dont like..
So sorry if you think im dissing you work ..im not
i just wanted to know for sure what is what before paying my good money for it..

You should see my hubbys bald head how it shines, seriously its ok but when you use photos as a resource you can´t avoid them and i do not like my textures to be filtered or blurred out :)
So i do not do compromises on my work and skin reaches around the head from top to toe.

Like i sayed before its a good looking set..
And i checked the image once more and blew up the eye "not with dynamite"
It looked still realy good so ....
I just got the package at Cont.Paradise
So asking info before buying is not that dumb is it ;}

Like i found out that buying photoshop Cs in the netherlands will cost me "1070 euro
And buying it in the US 650 dollar "500 Euro or less at this moment money change"
Same product... i just cant believe that kindt of ripping of people....
Shame on Adobe....

Its always wise to browse all options before buying, Amazon is a good place to find programs in bargain price. I buy my dvds from Germany cos they are much cheaper than here in Finland, always looking for a deal LOL
