Hi Im interested in trying out Vue, but I can't seem to get a serial or registration number to activate the software I downloded. I can't seem to get through to e-on through regular channels (tech support page email etc. Its like  a black hole.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can try next?

I sure hope I don't have go go through this should I decide to buy.
